Due to the custom nature of automotive installation and fabrication services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Installed products, custom-built enclosures, and custom fabrication work are non-refundable once installation has been completed. Defective products are handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Uninstalled products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are in original, unused condition with packaging intact. Special order items and custom orders are non-returnable.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Deposits on custom fabrication or special-order equipment may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to filing a payment dispute. We are committed to working in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
All services are provided as described in the written estimate or invoice at the time of sale. Customer is responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility prior to installation. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and installation type.
